Desmond is an avid storyteller and enjoys to speak at schools, conferences and other speaking engagements. He enjoys sharing his passion of encouraging and motivating others. Dr. Jackson is very interested in sharing his life experiences with the young adult or professional looking to advance in their career. 

Scholarships 

Desmond through his Arunt Foundation Corporation, www.aruntfoundation.org provides funding to Up Rising Stars Inc. for scholarships to high school students from New Jersey attending college.
